The concluding portion of ḲÛSHJÎ’s Commentary on the Tajrîd, from Chapter III. (فی اثبات الصانع) to the end. With marginal notes at the beginning. Foll. 121-184. Annotations on the commencement of the preceding portion, by Muḥammad b. Aḥmad KHAFARÎ (الخفری, alias الحَفَری, a pupil of Taftâzânî; see Cat. Bodl. ii., p. 606). Other glosses on the commentary of ḲÛSHJÎ, by the same author, are to be found in Cat. Mus. Brit., p. 107, no. clxx., 3. The author says in his short preface: فیقول الفقیر الی الله الغنی محمد بن احمد الخفری هذه تالیفات (؟تعلیقات) اتفقت منی علی شرح الهیات التجرید قد جمعتها تذکرة لمن له قلب الخ The annotations begin: قوله استدل علی وجود الواجب تعالی اختار المص قدس سره فی اثبات الواجب منهج الحکماء الالهیین الخ; and they end with the following words of Ḳûshjî: قوله لان التعین المعلول لازم الخ (=fol. 18 of this MS.). Corrections and notes on the margin. Legibly written in a small Nasta’liḳ hand. This MS. was bought at Aurangâbâd, A.H. 1094. It bears the seal of Nuṣrat Jang. [College of Fort William, 1832.]
