BIONANO-MSCA4U. Impact of Bio-AgNPs on tomato growth and gene expression under drought conditions (Version: v1)

This dataset includes transcriptome analysis data aimed at identifying differences in gene expression in tomato plants treated with biosynthesized AgNP from Pseudomonas N5.12 under drought stress conditions.Plants were treated with either bacterial filtrate (ML) or 60 ppm nanoparticles (NP60), and their gene expression profiles were compared to those of untreated control plants (Cont) under drought stress conditions.It was found that AgNPs may play a key role in stimulating the defense mechanisms of tomatoes, enhancing their drought tolerance and helping them maintain normal functioning under stress conditions.The data was collected as part of the MSCA4Ukraine project (ID: 101101923), which is funded by the European Union.

El presente dataset recoge los datos el proyecto de investigación METODARQ: Metodologías para el estudio, la digitalización y la difusión del patrimonio: aplicación al caso práctico de una colección arqueológica financiado por la Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU en la V Convocatoria de Ayudas a Proyectos de investigación en líneas estratégicas identitarias CEU del Plan Estratégico de Investigación 2022/25 de las Universidades CEU. El dataset recoge los modelados tridimensionales de las piezas de la colección arqueológica Condes de Campo Rey donada a la Universidad San Pablo-CEU. The present dataset compiles the data from the research project METODARQ: Methodologies for the Study, Digitalization, and Dissemination of Heritage: Application to the Case Study of an Archaeological Collection, funded by the San Pablo CEU University Foundation in the 5th Call for Research Project Grants in CEU Identity Strategic Lines of the CEU Universities' 2022/25 Strategic Research Plan. The dataset includes the three-dimensional models of the pieces from the Condes de Campo Rey archaeological collection, donated to San Pablo-CEU University.4o
